What Makes Me Unique as a Therapist:  I take the whole person into consideration prior to treatment..mind, body, and soul. We are dynamic indivuduals and I feel our emotional self must be considered during treatment. My background in Naturopathy allows me to assess your needs at the time of your session which may be different each time! It isn't just about healing the physical, it's about facilitating self so that you may be the best person you can be. I feel I am uniqe in that I don't judge you or who you are. My job is to encourage your gifts by way of better understanding the physical self. Education is key and knowledge is power!

What Makes Me Unique as a Therapist: I get results and I get them fast! I truly enjoy what I do, and it shows. I have a personal background of trauma, so I have a unique perspective to help those who are injured to recover. I also listen to my clients, and never take my therapeutic relationship with my clients for granted.

My Ideal Client: I like to work with people that have had chronic pain, maybe even those who have been written off by the system, to take on the challenge of unlocking sometimes decades of patterns. I am good at all aspects of my work, but those who need me are of special interest. My Ideal client also does their homework as assigned, whether that is stretching or heat/ice therapy for example. This is a participation sport for my clients, and they are glad to take control of their health and wellness.
