A list of the most frequently asked questions...
 



Q: What can I expect on my first visit?
A: We are a wellness center that focuses on soft-tissue related issues and relaxation.  We want you to be comfortable and secure, so bring any cloths you need to, or disrobe to your comfort level keeping in mind you are always draped appropriately and modesty is the rule.  There is a brief time allowed for a consultation with your therapist and time for disrobing and dressing.  This is normally no longer than 10 minutes leaving approximately 50 minutes of treatment in a one hour session.  All payments are made at the front desk at the time of service, and you may pay before or after your session.

Q: Can I choose my own therapist?
A: Yes.  Some of our clients have found a therapist on our team that is their favorite, and you may request them by name.  We also have clients who have a preference on the gender of the therapist, and once again this is a personal preference affecting comfort level, so we try to have a balanced and diverse staff.  We try to accomodate all requests, but because of scheduling cannot always fulfill your requests.

Q: Do you take insurance?
A: We do take some auto insurance, workman's compensation, and health insurance.  Each plan is different, so we would have to verify any benefits you may have before we can commit to treatment based on insurance.  All insurance is verified through Dr. Montgomery, and she makes all decisions regarding using insurance as a form of payment.
Q: What types of treatments are available?
Q: What is the best treatment for me?
A: We can assess your situation and make recommended treatment protocols based on your wellness goals and lifestyle.  Dr. Montgomery can do a private consultation and charges $30/hr for this service.  Your therapist may make recomended treatment options from time to time for your consideration, and there is no charge for this since we are not developing a comprehensive treatment protocol like the one you would get from Dr. Montgomery.  We do not, nor are we qualified to, diagnose any condition.  Any suggestions are for your consideration only. 
Q: Does RMC do corporate chair/mobile massage?
A: We can do chair massage events, or provide you with a referral of someone that specializes in that area.  We do not do mobile massage for safety and security reasons, and we are certain you will find the environment of our clinic relaxing and therapeutic.
Q: Do you offer couples massage?
A: We can accomodate parties of up to eight people at one time, but do not have the facilities to do more than one massage in a room.

Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: No, but if at all possible it is a good idea.  We take walk-in appointments when we have availability, but setting time aside for yourself gaurantees you a time and is a good habit to get into.  Making your wellness a priority is a great thing to do, and we will do everything we can to make scheduling your massage as easy as possible.
Q: Do you do only rehabilitative work?
A: No... but because we have the experience in accident and injury related work we can offer some of the best relaxation work at an increased value to you.  You get a team with fabulous skills, great experience, and a phenomenal price.  We even offer some spa related treatments such as Hot Stone Massage.
Q: What is a therapeutic massage?
A: We are trained, licensed, and insured professional therapists who are different from other people who may offer services marketed under the umbrella of "massage."  We offer massage that is designed to relax and balance the structures of the body, mind, and spirit.  Our treatments are never of a sexual nature and are defined by the City of Westminster and the State of Colorado as medical massage.
Q: What types of products do you sell?
A: We have a variety of health related items including lotions, topical pain relievers, hot/cold packs, and eye pillows to name a few.  Stop by our clinic to see our full display of merchandise.  Most of our items make great gift ideas!
Q: Do you discount for large parties?
A: No.  We have such generously priced services that, although we appreciate you allowing us to serve your large party, we just do not have the ability to drastically discount for parties of any size. 
Q: Do you have a senior discount?
A: Ok... we do have a promotional discount for seniors on Tuesdays.  All day anyone 55 or elder receive $10 OFF with a Certified Therapist.  This is a limited time offer, and is one of the many ways we try to give back to our community and honor the senior community.
